Doug is the best sales representative there as he explains everything and the process which happens. I can’t recommend Soltek more highly and it is well worth putting panels on

Soltek Energy was one of the companies from which I obtained a quote via SolarQuotes. Among all the quotes I received, theirs offered a comprehensive selection of options at the most competitive prices.
In May 2023, the company installed solar panels equipped with microinverters and a battery at my home. Adjusting the choice of equipment prior to installation and scheduling the installation itself was straightforward.
The quality of the installation was great, with equipment placement and electrical connections made as requested, accompanied by tidy wiring. All the equipment is functioning as expected.

I contacted a number of solar providers and got a number of quotes. Some were really dodgy, offering me a paid holiday if I booked with them!? Soltek was a professional mob, who were able to answer all my questions and provide a good solution for my needs. Panels were installed about 6weeks after deposit paid, which considering Christmas was in this period, and about 200mm of rain, this was pretty good, and Soltek kept us updated to their proposed install dates during this time.
One of the panels was failing, and all it took was contacting Soltek by email for them to monitor it remotely, determine it was a failed optimiser, replace it (done within a week) and they then continued monitoring it remotely.
Overall was glad i booked with Soltek and I have had no issues since.

Soltek installed a solaredge inverter and panels in 2019. The experience was positive the whole way through with no issues. What has been most impressive though is that I recently noticed my solar wasn't working and the inverter had an error, over 3 years after it had been installed. I contacted soltek and 1 week later a new inverter was installed and everything up and running. It was all covered under warranty. There was no effort on my part. Exceptional after sales customer service and would not hesitate in recommending these guys.
