Properties in Randwick can receive up to $2,000 in ‘sustainability rebates’ for purchasing rooftop solar, pool pumps, or one or more of the other ‘sustainable products’.
This program applies to all houses, units and businesses located within the Randwick Local Government area.
To be eligible your sustainable product must be installed after 11 November 2020.

Randwick Council is providing a rebate of $150 for energy assessments in houses, units and businesses. Energy assessments help you find out where you use energy and how you can reduce it.
Hot Water System Rebate
Randwick Council is providing a rebate of $500 for installing efficient hot water systems in houses, units and businesses. Hot water systems are typically the largest user of energy in homes and are great opportunities for energy reductions.
Pool Pump Rebate
Randwick Council is providing a rebate of $250 for installing efficient pool pumps and pool pump controllers in houses, units and businesses. In households with a swimming pool or spa, the pump is usually the largest user of electricity.
